Join us for our October Weeding Bee at Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens! 🌿

Come along and lend a hand as we roll up our sleeves and help keep our beautiful gardens looking their best.

We’ll meet at the nursery before heading out into the gardens to tackle some weeds. This time, we’re adding a new step to our weeding bees: once the weeding is done, we’ll spread a fresh layer of mulch to give the garden beds a little extra love.

Of course, it’s not all hard work! Once we’ve finished, we’ll gather for a well-earned cuppa, with delicious cakes and pastries, and plenty of time to catch up and socialise.

Whether you’re a regular volunteer or joining us for the first time, everyone is welcome. Bring your gardening gloves, a bit of enthusiasm and a willingness to get your hands dirty!
