The Friends will be hosting a Christmas Celebration in the Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens on the 21 December at 4pm.

Bring your family and friends and your food and drinks to this Christmas celebration. Hoping to see everyone there. More details will be provided, but save the date.

The Friends of Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens will have a presence at the Daylesford Highland Gathering at Victoria Park on the 6 December.

We will have a stall selling plants from the nursery. We encourage everyone to drop by, say hello and buy a few plants for summer.

Friends are invited to the official opening of the Day Basin and Forecourt Project. The Minister for Health our local MP for Macedon, the Honourable Mary-Anne Thomas MP will officially open the works on the 25 November at 10am. The event will be followed by morning tea and refreshments provided by the Friends.

This event will celebrate the completion of a Master Plan project as a result of the partnership between the Victorian State Government, Hepburn Shire Council and the Friends of Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens.

The Friends will have a selection of plants for sale at the Daylesford Show. The stand will be in the Hall of Flowers from 9am to 3pm.

Drop by and say hello and buy some of our plants from the nursery.

The Annual General Meeting will begin at 2pm in The Shed at the Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens Nursery. The AGM will be followed by afternoon tea and conviviality. Please bring something along to eat and drink and share.

Everyone invited but only financial members may vote.
